T-MaxÒ Manager/Plus is a front desk control unit for the T-MaxÒ
Series. It can be connected to up to 64 T-MaxÒ 3As to control up to
64 tanning beds in a single salon. The T-MaxÒ manger/Plus has 64
dual-colored lights showing bed status. If the light for a certain bed
is green, the bed is ready for a new session. If the light is red, the
bed needs to be cleaned. If the light is flashing red, there is less than
two minutes left in the session. If the light is flashing green, the T-
MaxÒ 3As is in the cool-down mode. If the light is off, that bed is
not available. A 16 x 2 back lit LCD display shows the exact status of
a given bed. A 16 key keypad allows for manual session control.

digital LEDs along the top of the T-MaxÒ Manager, with a Start/Stop
and a Set button below each display. A vertical row of 8 LEDs along
the left side indicates which bank of eight beds are being displayed.

changed either with a PC or using the T-MaxÒ Manage manually.

The T-MaxÒ 3A can operate as a stand-alone timer. Up, Down and
Start/Stop buttons allow for easy control of your tanning bed.
Terminals that screw down provide an easy to install and inexpensive
way to control a tanning bed from the front desk of your salon.

Two T-MaxÒ 3As can be connected together for remote, single bed
control. Simply place a T-MaxÒ 3A in the tanning room and place the
second T-MaxÒ 3A at the front desk and connect them together
using the modular cable provided. The T-MaxÒ 3A at the front desk
controls the T-MaxÒ 3A in the tanning room. The customer in the
tanning room will see their delay time and will be able to press the
Start/Stop button to turn the tanning bed on or off, but will not be
able to change session times. Session times are controlled by the T-
MaxÒ 3A at the front desk.

For larger salons, up to 128 beds can be connected to the T-MaxÒ
Manager or T-MaxÒ Manager/Plus in a daisy chain. Simply purchase
a T-MaxÒ Manager or T-MaxÒ Manager/Plus for the front desk and a
T-MaxÒ 3A for each tanning bed in the salon. Use the modular cable
provided to connect the series from room to room. You can also
connect the T-MaxÒ Manager or T-MaxÒ Manager/Plus to a
computer and use today's most popular software to control the beds
in your salon.

The T-MaxÒ intercom system is the first digital timing system for
the tanning industry with a built in intercom. It has all the same
great features as the regular T-MaxÒ Series, but also has
incorporated a fully functional digital intercom system built right
into the timer.

The T-MaxÒ Intercom is loaded with extra features. An Auto Shut-
Off feature can have the T-MaxÒ System turn the tanning bed off
automatically if you need to call a room that has a customer
currrently tanning. No seperate intercom system can provide that
feature!

The T-MaxÒ Intercom has built in call waiting. If you are talking to
another room and a second room calls you, the T-MaxÒ
Manager/Pro will flash a yellow light letting you know which
person is trying to call you. The timer in the room will flash dashes
as long as they are on hold. When the first room is disconnected,
the call on hold will automatically pick up and the stop flashing and
stay on solid indicating that they are on line.

The T-MaxÒ Intercom also has an Emergency call feature. If you
have cusomters tanning and an emergency arises (for example a
tornado), you can send a page that will cancel every session. You
can then make an annoucement that will be heard in every room
that has a T-MaxÒ 3A Intercom in it.

There is an automated in room messaging feature that will make an
announcement before the session starts when the timer is in delay
or when a session ends. Using the computer's sound card, you can
record a different message for every bed or play the same message
for each bed in the salon. Use it for advertising specials or even
sell adverting timer to local businesses.
